The Okanagan is often referred to as "a 4-seasons playground"... "Palm Springs North"... or "The hidden jewel of British Columbia"…all accurate descriptions & justly deserved accolades as its presence becomes more widely known not just across North America but around the world… I prefer to simply call it "Paradise".

A semi-arid & temperate climate that is characterized by its long warm summer evenings (Typically 2000 hours of actual sunshine annually!)... it's wonderfully fresh & invigorating Spring season when cheery blossom fragrance fills the air... a Fall season unlike anywhere else with a myriad of explosive colours that wash the mountain backdrop... and an exceptionally mild Winter that affords us some of the best champagne powder snow in the world at the higher elevations.

As the focal point for The Okanagan Valley both economically & geographically, Kelowna offers all the amenities for your enjoyment. From a rapidly expanding University, that is quickly attaining the level of "degree-granting" status; an ever expanding International Airport that is ranked as the 12th busiest in Canada with direct access to most major destinations; a blossoming cultural scene with a new Arts Centre; a library; Community Theatre; golf courses (approx. 30 within an hour radius) of world class calibre; pristine beaches along seventy miles of shoreline; Estate wineries that have achieved international recognition & are the envy of vintners everywhere; a business environment that is one of the most stable in Western Canada. It is no wonder that Kelowna & area is the most rapidly expanding area outside of the Lower Mainland.
